Clear Tenant Security ("we") provides security assessments and IT advice to small businesses. This page explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.
Only what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, work email, company name, platform (Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace), number of users, and your message.
We use these details only to reply to you, schedule a call, and scope a possible engagement. We don't sell or rent your information, add you to marketing lists without asking, or use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). Our website host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.
We keep inquiry emails for up to 24 months so we can follow up on your request, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you become a client, engagement records are kept as long as needed for invoicing and tax purposes.
During an engagement we use read-only access to review configuration settings. We don't read the content of your email or files. Access is removed when the work is done, and assessment data is deleted within 30 days of delivering the report unless you ask us to keep it.
